Travel and Hospitality Packages
Standardised travel and hospitality packages for Tunisia 2027 will be released as soon as the participating hotels, transfers, catering and gala dinner arrangements have been finalised. Teams will be able to select one or more services according to their requirements.
Services
- Four-star and five-star accommodation options
- Scheduled transfers between the designated arrival airport, hotels and Hergla Circuit
- Circuit catering during the competition
- Gala dinner participation
Packages are standardised but modular. A team may select one service, several services or a complete package. Bespoke travel planning and companion programmes are not offered at this stage.
- Flights
- Participants are responsible for arranging and purchasing their own flights. KF1 and Must Incentive do not provide flight booking services. Travel and hospitality services begin with the scheduled transfer from the designated arrival airport to the selected hotel.
- Provider
- Travel and hospitality packages for Tunisia 2027 will be developed by KF1 in coordination with Must Incentive, a licensed Tunisian travel agency with more than thirty years of experience in tourism, events and destination services. All travel and hospitality services will be supplied, contracted, invoiced and collected directly by Must Incentive.
