Privacy policy
This policy covers the personal data collected through the five public forms on this website and the purposes for which it is currently used. No account is created and no password is collected.

KF1 processes personal data in accordance with Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the Protection of Personal Data, its implementing requirements and the rules of the Tunisian National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP). Where processing falls within the scope of the GDPR or another applicable privacy law, KF1 also applies its mandatory requirements.
- Register Your Interest
- Collects the company, brand or private team name, contact person, job title, country, email, telephone (optional), number of teams and additional notes (optional). Used to contact you with the official registration procedure, required documents and payment instructions when registration opens.
- Sponsorship & Partnership
- Collects the company name, contact person, job title, country, business sector, email, telephone (optional), area of interest, project scope and your message or proposed contribution. Used to discuss sponsorship and partnership opportunities with you.
- Media Enquiry
- Collects your full name, media outlet or organisation, professional role, country, email, telephone (optional), website or media profile (optional), type of request, area, deadline (optional) and message. Used to answer your media request.
- Travel and Hospitality
- Collects the company or team name, contact person, country, email, telephone (optional), services of interest and additional notes (optional). Used to contact you about the travel and hospitality packages for Tunisia 2027.
- General Contact
- Collects your full name, company or organisation (optional), country, email, telephone (optional), subject and message. Used to answer your enquiry.
- How submissions are handled
- Every form also records your privacy consent and the date and time of the submission. Each submission is emailed to KF1, at info@kartkf1.com or marketing@kartkf1.com depending on the form, and a copy is kept on KF1’s server. An automatic receipt is sent to the email address you entered.
- Recipients
- KF1's authorised personnel and professional advisers, and KF1's website hosting and email providers.
- Your rights
- Access, correction, updating, objection and deletion where the law allows; where the GDPR applies, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent are added. Requests go to privacy@kartkf1.com. A complaint may be lodged with the INPDP.
- Retention
- Data is kept only as long as the purpose requires: unsuccessful applications for a limited period after closure, contracts and accounting records for the statutory Tunisian period, operational correspondence for the event lifecycle, and security logs for a proportionate period.

Official documents are issued in English. Italian and French translations are provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail, subject to applicable mandatory law.
